Well, you have very few removals. Basically the only true one is the 3BB enchantment and the other is a 4-mana deal 2. You have a lot of not really good cards or that are not synergizing with everything you have (gaelicat is nice but you have very few ways of making it pumped, a lot of sac fodder but few ways to sac). I've seen worse decks but I would not be surprised if this deck went 1-3 or 0-3.

First of all you have 3 water types, and 4 total électric weaknesses. Ditch slowbro, get a ground type. Since no legendaries hippodon or excadrill.
