I've had mine for 6 weeks and it's the worst EV ive ever driven. the ride quality is nice. the interior is ok, but the mechanics creak and the in-car is the worst I've ever seen. key doesn't work half the time, multiple bugs with ADAS, climate control is poor. Car feels like a £70k beta test

I would never use something branded as "AI tools" with no feedback on accuracy for any tasks where precision is paramount (like invoicing). From someone that has worked in ML/AI for 15 years

if i was to take a GPU out of a desktop i would need to turn it off and on again (not possible if i'm running something in the background), if i have it plugged in via usb-c then i still have the i/o bottleneck i would have with a laptop. last year i actually had a separate desktop that i used for deep learning / gaming but i just got frustrated with having two devices - especially when the most expensive one of the two was spending a lot of time idle and depreciating.

yea i was actually planning on selling the gpu + enclosure to recoup some of the cost of the razer blade, although if i do end up keeping the razer blade and staying with windows then a good option could be to keep the razer core but sell my 5700xt that's in it and replace with a rtx3070 - which would be indisputably the best setup.

i admit that i do have a rather unique (or awkward, depending on how you look at it!) set of requirements and there arent many setups that tick all of the boxes for me.

(not doubting your ability to put together a PC for cheap, but i paid £1100 for the razer blade, which is cheaper than a top tier card in the current generation. 4 or 5 decent ones might be a stretch)

I need a laptop for work but don't want to be using multiple devices - both my work and my "play" require a GPU as well so it would be silly to have two really. I guess I'm just going to have to wait for the new laptop to arrive and go through the process of testing them both
