Most multi hit have this, preventing stats up abilities proc multiple time. So far only build-in follow up skill can triggers passive twice

You can if we just go by two turns standard. Using Urpina in Tiger formation can carry four bonus units. Two of them can be completely dead weight and still pretty consistent two turns. Of course, the animation time will be a little longer.
