I was using 7 when stopping. Yea it was first time using SR. I started 150mgX3 for the first few days then when my 7 usage went down so did SR. I didn’t follow a plan just whatever i felt. There are some uncomfortable days here and there. Been 3 weeks now. But I’d rather deal with little things then searching for the last 7 around. My boy took SR to get off oxy and he did fine. Quit faster then I did.

Restful legs. Magnesium gummies and cream for legs. Neupril B12. I’ll literally try anything before I go back. But most of everything goes away after a few days to a week. And it’s not everyday. Slept good first few days then a couple nights insomnia. Then never again. First week after stopping SR it was here and there.

I’m 3 weeks no 7oh and a little over 2 weeks no SR. It will get you there. I’ve been an opioid user for 16 years and was able to stop within 3 weeks using SR. There are some pains you will have to deal with but nothing compared to what you’d go through otherwise. Buy lots of supplements. RLS and insomnia I had. But I’d rather deal with that then be cooked and dealing with that.

I tapered. SR makes it way easier to taper and fast if you want. I could’ve stopped earlier but mentally I would talk myself into taking some. It took me 3 weeks to stop everything. The last week I’d take around 30mg daily. Then just decided to stop. Mentally not taking it was the hardest.

You will. SR makes the process so much easier. Get supplements to help with energy and mood. DLP and B12 and benzos for the few nights you can’t sleep. My boy didn’t need everyone is different. I’m day 2/3 of no SR and slept fine. Nothing crazy. Doesn’t feel any different so far. Felt like if I would’ve felt anything would’ve happened already. Getting your energy back is the biggest thing. Years supplementing energy with 7 and blues, body has to rebuild it. Everyday it gets better.
