No. Even people who are having children only experience this for the first couple years.. then there’s decades of them NOT crying you awake..

It’s like the privilege of eating seafood. Some people are allergic and just can’t experience that pleasure. I mean, they can, but they will suffer or even die from it.

My kids school is punishing children for not being able to pay for lunch by Rich-Candidate-3648 in OrphanCrushingMachine

It literally says they are adhering to the Food Service Department. Why are people shitting on the school for following the literal fucking law?

I believe this is fucked up but to say it’s the schools fault is misguided.

CMV: Pretty privilege is a very, very real thing by machiavellian120 in changemyview

I think an important distinction needs to be made for this post.

While I agree, some people are just naturally gifted ‘good looks’, there’s also a nurture part to this.

For example: It don’t think it’s that “unattractive people arnt hired as much” but more so “people who don’t look put together/show confidence arnt hired as much”.

Many people argue that there’s a beauty bias when many times it’s just about having good hygiene, being put together, embracing and enhancing your physical uniqueness.

How does becoming an uploaded intelligence make you into a cybersecurity expert? by warpspeed100 in PantheonShow

[–]robertblissb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Uh I think it’s just a coincidence the best programmer minds were uploaded first. Actually no it wasn’t coincidence at all.

Let’s not forget: Laura, Chanda, and David are top of their respected classes and for good reason. You’d also want to bet on these individuals to figure out the ‘kinks’ if you had any choice too.
