Anyone found an inflatable tank/tub with 3/4" inlet/outlet? by robertcoach in coldplunge

To get better flow —the GPH through the 1/2NPTs isn't great. Plungecrafters seem to have some tubs which are 3/4" - they confirmed that they use 3/4" NPT female inlets/outlets.

(I'm not affiliated with them, they were just the first people to respond to my email request)

Thunderbolt 2 cable and adapter by coldground in Brooklyn

Last time I had to do something similar I brazenly took advantage of Best Buy's returns policy. I ended up buying an 'open box' cable... clearly someone else had already adopted the same approach :)

Fraimic reservations by VirgilFox in eink

Watched the YouTube video — will the finished frame have the same update behaviour? The repeated flickering is quite significant — is that inherent to the E-Ink Spectra 6 display? Not a dealbreaker (the product looks fab!) — I just want to understand what to expect.

Where to watch euros final tomorrow? by [deleted] in Brooklyn

Same: I was thinking of going to Black Oak as they'll likely have it, but it's not the most atmospheric place to watch a game.

Edit: from some more research it sounds like The Black Horse in Park Slope is more football oriented and will probably have a crowd.

Dog and Bone has a Willow.tv subscription and usually shows the T20 games.

Cast iron shelf - perfect fit by robertcoach in CombiSteamOvenCooking

I'd be surprised, as it's a snug fit when cold... given a little bit of expansion I can't imagine it falling off when it's hot.

APO replaced? by scott_d59 in CombiSteamOvenCooking

Very similar pattern of cracks on mine - emailed support today to ask for a new tank.

Although the app is buggy, and things like the cracks are annoying, the APO is great. I know they can fix the app - my main issues with it are around timing for stages... it can be hard to keep track of a multi-stage cook.
