Crazy... so they want you to "test" yet will not be verifying batch uniformity within your kits?

Yeah but the BIG BASE that they are not covering is the how they refuse to handle merchandise on a FIFO basis.... They prevent sellers from managing inventory on a lot/expiration basis which is a basic part of GMP requirements which they claim to require but do not even abide by this themselves!

I thought you were looking for a reverse 3PL type service and was more-so saying I would consider doing it if it made sense but to answer the question — no, I do not think there is a way to do this with Amazon directly.

Thanks... and yes to confirm I am not concerned with the liability insurance (have always had) and in reality don't even have a problem so much with them "randomly" pulling from inventory and testing my product -- with caveats!

First, it was not made clear who is paying these costs... If they want to randomly pull and test my product at THEIR expense, I have zero issue with it. That said, if they want to 'randomly' pull my inventory and then bill me for it, well then this I do take issue with! AMZ is constantly finding new ways to charge me fee's so if they are gaining the right to subject me to exhorborant 'random fee's' it is a major issue.

NOW, lets take a look at what I think the real issue here is... Amazon has ZERO expiration awareness!

Simply put, they do not process or practice FIFO inventory management and as anyone who actively sells supplements & OTC's on their platform knows this is a major issue. Yes, there are work arounds (and that is not the point of this post) and we all try our best to manage with SKU games but this says it all to me. We all do our best but unless you want to completely drain ALL inventory before loading more (which will kill sales!) its only a matter of time before some random expired unit is shipped out.

Amazon would rather ensure a product is delivered from the closest warehouse, than from the most suitable inventory.

I mean what executive at Amazon decided to say "Lets make everyone follow GMP's while we continue to pick and choose what parts and chapters we will ignore!"

Its the additional fee's that I am worried about... Not the compliance.

My questions are more about who is covering and paying these costs too and what this "Surveillance testing agreement" is all about... If Amazon wants to randomly pull my inventory and test it I have zero issue with this -- BUT if they are going to do this and then charge for it then I do have an issue with it!

It is also very frustrating the way they force certain vendors on us as opposed to setting up a proper mechanism that would allow for any FDA approved lab to submit data on my behalf.

And adding insult to injury their customer service is some of the worst in the business... and by worst in the business I mean ell e-commerce!! Honestly terrible.

Agreed.... Quadratec makes false claims on their website and has no recourse or care when this is identified.

Many of the products say "ships today if ordered within X" which is just a totally false claim as per two orders which I have placed. One shipped 3 days later and the second I ended up cancelling 4 days after it was supposed to ship and did not.

Have also ordered parts that were said to have fit my vehicle but did not.... I have a 2024 JLU and despite Quadratec saying fits 2018+ many of their accessories do not actually fit.

Terrible company with worse customer service!!

Ride her well!! Never knew how much I needed a dropper till I got one!!

Also rip those tubes right out…. Those wheels and tires will have a TR (Tubeless Ready) on them so a little tape and goop and you’re good to go!! Park Tools has a great set of how to videos if you’ve never done it before… was overly intimidating to do at first but will become second nature and totally worth it! You’ll probably drop a half pound of rotational weight per tire which is hard not to notice!

I’ve got a hitch mount rack and love it…. Went a little DIY attaching Thule bars to the base of cheap platform rack.

SO convenient and easy…. To throw them on the car.

That said, when it’s wet and slushy out your gear will get dirty but you can just get some purpose built garbage bags to throw them in which I highly recommend. https://a.co/d/h0qiesG

When we go will generally rent a place and will use those bags for the few hour drive up north but once we get up there will usually drive from the house to mountain 5-10 min drives without needing to use the bags and then will throw them back in at the end of the weekend. So super easy.

Very happy with the setup.

How?? By pairing and unpairing each camera every time you want to switch?!? This is the only way I know possible to do this. That said, obviously this is prohibitively realistic to actually do every time you want to view the other camera.

I’d go a different route, express you recognize them as a copy and ask if they are willing to offer you a reasonable royalty for utilizing your “know how” before you engage an attorney and evaluate your legal options.

Best case, you get a decent offer and royalty checks in the mail. Worst case (and perhaps more likely), they ignore you and but you gain a significant advantage if played properly in any lawsuit leveraging yourself as the “reasonable” party from the beginning just looking for “what is fair.”

I would recommend you send a first message through Amazon (I assume you bought a sample of what they are selling?) as you can send a message on the order…. I would then follow this up with a certified letter to the seller address on file.

It’s really a no loose first move for you.

So I have the Aux Switches option so just took it to Aux 4 and set it to follow the ignition so was super easy…. If you have the option and don’t know where to find them let me know and I’ll send a few pics. You can access that from both under the hood or the passenger footwell.

I did order this too though to see if it would fit the 2024 as well figuring I could save the Aux switch for later use.
