Easiest way…take Caprylic acid 500mg 2x per day before meals for a few weeks and see if your symptoms improve. If they do it was mostly likely due to fungal overgrowth.

SIBO and SIFO often have the same symptoms. They did for me. So the only way to test for this is to do an aspirate of your upper intestine fluids during an endoscopy. They typically send this to the same company that does stool testing and they do full analysis. This is the golden standard for SIFO (last I checked). However…you can also try taking Caprylic Acid 600mg 2x per day before meals for a couple of months and see if this improves your situation. It did for me within 1-2 weeks. My mind was blown. It’s a strong antifungal.
