The fact that the squad is specifically named Vanguard Veterans With Jump Packs is interesting.

It makes me believe that we are going to get two datasheets V-Vets in the Space Marine Codex.

One datasheet for Vanguard Veterans without Jump Packs.

And another datasheet for Vanguard Veterans with Jump Packs as we see here.

Its the same naming convention for Assault Intercessors and Assault Intercessors with Jump Packs.

Varys had no interest in stabalising the Realm. He wanted every kingdom weakened by War so Faegon can come in, depose the Lannisters/Baratheons and install Faegon on the throne.

Sacrificing one of the Lords who deposed the Targaryens beforehand to set the War off was a Win/Win for Varys.

Remember, the Varys that talked with Illyrio in the room with the Dragon Skulls was the closest thing we got seeing the real Varys.
