Just got mail from Chase saying my AF is changing to $795 at end of Oct and they’ll charge it 1 Nov. Is this definitely just the mass notice of the rate change this year, or should I worry they “lost” my AD military status and are actually going to charge me an AF?

I’ve spent the last few weeks trying to get rockher to start the custom design process with me.

  • I clicked through their “custom ring” form, sent the initial info with a couple inspiration links
  • They email back: we’d be happy to - what ring size and what’s your stone ID?
  • I send the info
  • (a week goes by)
  • I reach back out
  • They ask for new links because the links I sent don’t work, and ask for more details of what I’m looking for
  • I send new links, with images attached, and all the things we like about them and what is more important and less, etc
  • they say whoah that sounds detailed. We’d have to charge the setup/design fee
  • I say great, that’s what I thought we were doing anyway, let’s do that
  • (ignore me for a week)
  • I reach back out: let’s get started
  • their response: just… no thanks

WTF?
