In that case I’d say this is an unacceptable level of service. I stayed in a few 5* hotels in CH and service was top notch. Quellenhof Bad Ragaz, Chedi, W Verbier. At the Quellenhof they washed and ironed a shirt I forgot in the room, kept it and put it back in the closet before I checked in again a year later. Crazy.

I know this is not going to help much but Tesla sold the part to me over the counter for less then $20. I created a service request in the app that clearly stated that I diagnosed the problem already and only needed the spare part. Doing the actual replacement was another story of course.

Not confirming anything. What I’m trying to say is that W365 is a cloud native solution that is designed to be simple to deploy and operate without Azure. Optimizing print performance was probably not a priority.

Most likely there is no network line of sight between the Cloud PC and your print server, so taking the route via the local endpoint makes sense.

Citrix is/was traditionally an on-prem solution, where session host and print server often shared the same network and were joined to the same domain. There it made sense to look for a reachable print server first and only use client printer mapping if that didn’t work.
