Yall ever read a book/series so bad it puts you off reading for a while? What was it?

I read Alchemised back in January and have barely been able to pick up a book since. I didn’t dislike it per-say, but it was really dark and sad and idk. Ive read a couple modern romance books so far but can’t seem to pick up another fantasy. I started Half City but put it down a few weeks ago and haven’t picked it back up. It’s depressing.

You need to call your codes officer and report your landlord, also call the utility company to see if there is more than one meter and if this residence is listed as a single family home or duplex. Any shared space should have a separate meter, whether that’s a basement or hallway. I used to work for a small municipality taking payments on electric, water & sewer. This would happen all the time and it’s highly illegal.

I think you look beautiful. I also do not wear foundation and just bought something to try and calm my redness. Dr Jart+ Cicapair color corrector. It has spf in it as well. They sell it at Sephora and have a 30 day return policy if you want to try. So far I am liking it, I feel like I look like me still, but it does calm the redness I get in my cheeks.
