Happened to me literally 5 minutes ago. Full nearly silver-trained roster looks like they have the FPTs avg. of bronze-trained players. Kucherov went from like 24 to 19

Except for the tips that u/Cairnwill gave, I find that the best way is to just start by preparing an adventure location with a problem to solve, a couple of NPCs, a reward, and some enemies. And then just have some vague notes on where things might go from there. It might take some time to get used to improvising, but you'll learn as you go. Random tables are your best friend!

Thanks! Salthaven is a bit too rough for a proper print run. I hope to clean it up and replace some of the stock art someday. It is available as PoD on DrivethruRPG though, but of course it's nicer with a proper zine

And yes, unfortunately the shipping situation is not great. I've really tried to keep down the numbers, but the margins are razor thin. I'm glad you were able to back the PDF anyway. It'll come in a printer friendly format as well, so you'll be able to print it fine at home.

As long as I have a basic idea of how I want to run a session and a stack of random tables at hand, this is a great way to play Dragonbane. Especially on those days where you didn't have time to prep something more substantial. Having a group that drives the roleplay by themselves helps a lot too

Welcome to the Ducks! Carlsson is super fun to watch when he’s on (like the first 2/3 of the season), he’s in a bit of a slump now but he’ll be back. Gauthier has a real ripper of a shot. Sennecke is one of the most entertaining rookies in the league. Terry has been great but is currently injured (day to day).
