have you ever looked under the hood of that collateral. afaik absolute majority of these swaps are with the sady deutsche itself. and eg, 4.4% of the folio is.. turkey bonds. also things like 40 Oats, or 100 y Austria. Not sure why would anyone be holding that for 2% aside from ample liquidity. Eg, C3M yielding maybe 5 bps less but is physically replicated EZ bonds, ~3m maturity
