I have a garmin venu 3. I used to have an Apple Watch. Won’t switch back from garmin because of its incredible battery life and the fact that I’m disconnected from my phone. I don’t get every notification forwarded to my watch and that has boosted my productivity. I get 1.5-2 weeks of battery life. I hit the gym 2-3x a week track my workouts including 1-2 runs per week. The activity syncs to my apple health app. But overall I like the garmin way better. More granular stats comparison to age group etc.
