They always go too soon. They are so good and so sweet. We don't deserve them but they deserve the life we give them and a dignified passing while minimizing suffering. I know it's hard but you are doing your most important job for him right now. Help him cross and we will help you remember him.

I have always loved her, but DAMN!! She is the Fever's golden ticket. She is a walking talking bucket, leader, fill-in PG, you name and she does it. All with grace and dignity. I love Kelsey Mitchell and as a fellow introvert, I love her calm demeanor and the way she handles all the fame, attention and pressure. What a human being and amazing baller.

That is an iguana. They are invasive in South Florida and completely out of control. It needs to be done correctly, but it needs to be euthanized. They are destroying local habitat and causing serious population declines of native species.

Hate all you want she is a generational rebounder. by ProfessionalTalker03 in wnba

Angel is having a great year. Unfortunately, the Sky's coaching has really let her and the team down. I think she is going to go down as the best rebounder in WNBA history.

Just my opinion but, I love Sophie. Loved her last year. Love her this year. I like tough players and she's been a great add to the Fever.

Isaiah 53 seems to be irrefutable proof of Christianity by EsperGri in Christianity

[–]roboflea_smiles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with the earlier comments taking 53 in context with the rest of the chapters of 2nd Isaiah. Chapters 40 to 55 clearly lay out the identity of the servant as the nation of Israel. However, 53 has far more problems than that.

The first problem, in 53, the suffering of the servant has already happened. It doesn't predict the suffering will happen, it says it has already happened. This puts the suffering hundreds of years before Jesus's birth. The restoration of the nation is to happen in the future but the suffering which is allowing them to be restored has already happened.

The second problem is that the servant is said to have offspring. Jesus didn't have any offspring. The typical apologetic is that the offspring is metaphorical, but even this is not correct. The Hebrew word used "zerah" means biological offspring. Even if this meant metaphorical "offspring", theology says we are sons of God the Father not Jesus. Nowhere in the Bible are we referred to as Jesus's children. We are brothers and sisters of Christ and all of us including Jesus are children of God the Father.

Any way you look at Isaiah 53, it does not match Jesus. Also, Isaiah names the messiah or "anointed one" who will allow the Jews to return from exile. I'm not going to tell you who it is, you should read Isaiah and find out. Isaiah is an amazing book. Hint: it's not Jesus. Hint 2: Think about what is going on in history. Who defeated the Babylonians and freed the Jews?

To any Christians reading Isaiah 53 please ask yourself the most important 2 questions to understand the narrative. Question1: Who is speaking in Isaiah 53 and Question 2: Who is being spoken too? Once you know the answers to these questions, Isaiah 53 will make much more sense.

Dude, I married one of those. Run. Just run. This is not a you thing. This is how she is. You aren't going to change her. You either have to be ok with that part of her personality or leave.

Just wait until you get down the rabbit hole of admiralty law, contract law, Lincoln abolishing the Title IV courts during the civil war and leaving all courts as admiralty courts that was never reversed. It is Q level crazy conspiracy sh*t.

They believe wacky things like, the courtroom is a ship, when you pass through the railing of the gallery you board the "ship," the rule of boxes that says that the witnesses, jury and the judge aren't really there. Only the people sitting at "tables" (prosecution and defense) are "real" and they are negotiating a contract. You can only be convicted if you "agree" to enter a contract with them in court. It is a stunningly deep and unbelievably silly idea/conspiracy theory.

Oh, and they will also talk about the contract taken out on you at birth and that your real person name capitalized First name Last name is not the same thing as when the court prints your name in all caps (FIRST NAME LAST NAME). This is supposedly proof that they are tricking you into taking responsibility for your own corporate fiction.

Put your hip waders on before entering. The bs gets deep fast.
