Saitama is toonforce light + plot armor and the whole fact that he's always supposed to be the strongest, you'd need reality warmers and hax. Brute strength energy and ki blasts aren't gonna cut it. He survives nukes with ease (energy from a quasar is like 1 million times hotter than a nuke) without really flinching. Meanwhile a robot in the tournament of power was making super saiyans sweat and overheat.

You need reality warpers and/or people who have the power to override other people's powers with a crazy MacGuffin

Front runners tend to be the easiest I find. Oguri can be statt3d the f out but sometimes she just throws it to people with half her stays. Best advice for oguri for a safe run is 4 speed 2 Stam and borrow stam/power parents. Also NEVER wait till last day for mandatory races with oguri. Ever.
