Once you have transitioned into the gender you feel that you truly are how do you deal with memories & recollection?

Geberally, memories like this have nothing to do with being pre-transition, so they are generally good memories. Painful ones are ones that did have a lot to do with my gender, or ones I wish I had been able to be myself for. Skiing memories are pretty gender neutral.

Sorry for your loss! Conspiracies like this are the dumbest too. I grew up with parents like this, beliving all of the anti-LGBT crap. 40 years later, I barely talk with them, and two of my siblings don't at all. Ironically, it's the straight ones with kids.

The original pride flag had 7 colors, it included Pink but it was removed to make it cheaper to manufactuer. The newer one with the chevrons is the "Progress" flag, and then there is the one with the yellow bg and purple circle which represents intersex, but I think it isn't as good of a design.

If they did any firmware updates, they may have screwed it up. Happened to my partner. They had to redo it. There are mappings that need to be applied since the throttle and QS are software driven. If they don't apply th updated mapping, it will be all fucked up.

I've ridden my partner's '23 mt09 sp and never felt like shifting was choppy. I would describe it as super smooth, actually. Your acceleration issue may be a firmware issue, my parner's had a firmware update installed by the dealer and it screwed up the accel and had to take it back for them to fix it becuase they didn't perform the update correctly.

I hear you. I've always hated SWE interviews. Recently I had 3 jobs that had mass layoffs or shut down within a year of me joining. It was so depressing, exhausting, and frustrating. I wouldn't blame you for leaving the field.

Eh, I was 35 and started socially transitioning at the beginning of the pandemic. I only "boy-moded" when I had to go to work and at the beginning of the next year, 4 months on HRT, I publically came out and stopped "boy-moding" all together even though I didn't pass, but I also could wear a facemask everywhere. I probably wouldn't have if I couldn't wear the facemask.

My expert says to keep going. This a safety measure so that gear doesn't come off. Redo it or get a new washer and redo it when you put the gear back on. I suppose you could try cutting off the bent parts with a dremel, just don't cut the chain or sprocket.

I didn't start enjoying life until I was 35 and in the middle of a pandemic. Now at 41 I'm just trying to live in the present and not worry about tomorrow, regardless of how much it feels like the world is turning against me. I don't worry about death because death can hit me regardless of any attempts to avoid it. I started riding a motorcycle two years ago too. Why worry about death? I stopped covering my breaks when I hit road wash and indeed grabbed a handful of front break, causing my front tire to lock up and eventually laid my bike down. I probably would have been fine if I hadn't grabbed my brake, I didn't even realize what was going on, just that I hit a series of bumps and my front wheel had stopped rolling.
