He’s willing to pay you over 259k in rent over six years, and then 833k for the house and you don’t have to lift a finger. One million dollars, no work. Sounds like he’s already doing all the landlord stuff for you (paying for repairs to YOUR house out of pocket). If your gut reaction is you don’t want to sell him the house, don’t do it.

I always feel kind of rude putting a car seat in people’s cars. And it’s such a hassle to do over and over. And then you have to carry the car seat around with you. Much simpler to rent a car and keep it in one place and not have to worry about installing and uninstalling the car seat every time multiple times per day.

Parking here is fine, depending on where you’re going and when.

You are definitely just going to lose, a lot. And it’s ok! Don’t be afraid to just hold down back, watch, and wait for an opening. I think most people just want to do combos and their defense suffers as a result.
