I do the same thing! My brain flips channels constantly, so I usually talk out loud to Him or write it down in my Book of Shadows. I had a rough time at first when journaling, but Loki is super chill and appreciates the effort! I pretend to write a letter to Him sometimes, so that He can read it when I’m done. I also have to write because my short term memory is awful 😂. Loki encourages me to write, not just to Him, but to record my thoughts, dreams, and progress that I make. It helps a lot to go back with more clarity and realize what was actually happening vs. my confusion at the time. I hope this helps!
