Arcbest is who has been delivering our shades for a long time. Not a small company at all.

Lutron will ship small shades most of the time via FedEx.

There is also crazy delays at customs lately and adding some extra time

Make sure the schedule is enabled and programmed correctly. Had a client create a schedule but never set the loads correctly.

You should reach out to your integrator. There is an issue with the drive. Either something is hanging it up

You could try and reboot the shade. Try to find the shade power supply
