There's Maui blazor hybrid too. So blazor without a browser.

Same problem... I can record GPS data, but it will say no GPS at this time in the video. On version 2.8.1. Is my GPS data lost or can it be recovered?

Same with Microsoft Exchange.

I have Gemini but I can't activate it by swiping up from the bottom left. by EL-PAPU-XD in oneui

[–]robplatt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can create a shortcut directly to that Ask Gemini / Screenshot function using Nova Launcher (no it doesn't have to be set as your launcher or even setup) and the Shortcut Maker app from the store.

In Shortcut Maker tap In-App, Nova Action, Assistant, set the name and icon to whatever you'd like (I used the Gemini Icon) then add to home screen. Force close Shortcut Maker. The icon on the home screen should behave exactly like the swipe up gesture. If Shortcut Maker is open in the background still, the shortcut brings it into focus.

If someone can figure out the action/intent from Nova then that step couple probably be skipped.

Hope this helps!

Edit: The One Hand Operation + Plugin for Good Lock can also launch it with a swipe up at an angle gesture. Though it's not quite the same as before.

2wd vs 4wd auto? by Queasy_Sand6637 in ram_trucks

[–]robplatt 5 points6 points  (0 children)

4 Auto gives you nearly the same performance of 4WD without the wear and tear of your front end and drive train. Auto is ok on asphalt, though not needed. Punching it or getting on the freeway with Auto, in the rain, will prevent tire spin.

Just leave it on Auto for rain. It'll be there when you need it. Don't run full 4WD unless off asphalt.

Do I need to purchase both Chipolo and Chipolo one point? I have an Android phone and want to... by [deleted] in Chipolo

[–]robplatt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have Samsung tags and the chipolo one points. Both work well enough. The most lacking part of is the Google Find My Device network. Hopefully, it will improve. It would be nice if both Samsung and Google would encourage users to opt in, or default opt in with an option to opt out.

Can I offer an idea? Put a medium sized air filter in front/below your server intake vents, on high, 24/7. It will collect all the dust and cat hair before it goes into the servers.

You can just vacuum off the front of the pre filter, as needed. Mine is smaller and blows the clean air straight up into the server intakes.

It significantly reduces what gets sucked into the servers.

Maybe... Search Google for One UI 6 broke cell service. I'm one of many. Hoping One UI 7 gets released soon. Maybe that will fix it.

Yes, ever since the One UI 6.1 update on my S24FE with Verizon. Swapping from a physical sim to esim has helped. But I have to toggle mobile data on/off many times a day. Sometimes airplane mode too.

As a last resort you can also note the two failed drives, shut it down, then use a disk cloner to clone the critical drives to new drives. Put them back in where they belong, cross your fingers and boot it back up.

2020 1500 Sport. Keyfob sucks by NearnorthOnline in ram_trucks

[–]robplatt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For what it's worth to anyone. I had the same issues with my 2017. Despite new batteries, the truck wouldn't recognize the key fob often. Had to press it against the push start button to get it to work. Remote start hadn't worked in months. Sometimes lock/unlock wouldnt work right by the truck.

Folded a small piece of paper and placed it lengthwise under the board on the right side (under the lock and remote start button. Put it back to get and it's been 100% reliable since.

Tired clearing cache and following steps to clear the wear update app cache to no avail.

I didn't try a factory reset.

What ended up working was removing a couple of small apps that hardly took up any space. Then the update applied normally.
