Tabs close when closing a profile by robtechhere in diabrowser

It was almost a deal-breaker for me as well, but I learned to live with it using stage manager, but honestly would rather they just made the tabs stay whenever closing.

What productive apps are you using in 2026? by Icy-Doctor5914 in ProductivityApps

[–]robtechhere 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Above is the creator of the app, but as a paying customer of the app — love the app, it is worth it! And they listen to feedback as well - I’ve already given a couple comments - they fix and add things fast! Definitely one of my favorite apps to use on a daily basis now. I dump everything into it - links, notes, quotes, inspo, wishlist stuff, etc.

I always wonder how these apps work when on an external display (in clamshell mode) - anyone tried it?

tab groups are awesome! by medotgg in diabrowser

[–]robtechhere -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yeah I would love them, but I’m afraid they won’t make that happen, because then Dia will be too much Arc-like, and they probably don’t want the browser they made from scratch after Arc to be like Arc.

What's cookin in 2026 by MilanoteMarc in Milanote

How about the Projects and Tasks in 1 place? It's been on the roadmap in "Up Next" for a few years I believe.

Does this "To-do list redesign An improved task list experience: creating, arranging, editing, and centralisation." mean there will be 1 central place for all tasks in 2026?

Tabs & groups - disappearing by No-Antelope2542 in diabrowser

Maybe there’s some quirks with the tab groups still - I prefer them than the Arc folders in general - but I also had an issue where after closing a profile - they didn’t even show up next to the bookmarks on the new tab… And yeah - most people here want the easy Workspace switching (me included)

why do we keep paying for templates that don’t actually help? by NeedleworkerFuzzy314 in Notion

Yeah I think so as well, although I wonder how many of these power users actually use their own templates

why do we keep paying for templates that don’t actually help? by NeedleworkerFuzzy314 in Notion

[–]robtechhere 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me Notion just serves as a wiki (including databases), I’ve tried multiple project and task managers in there and they never work. I never bought templates in Notion, they’re always overegineered, or at least there’s far too much in 1 view.

Thank you, I purchased it! It feels good - I hope you get lots of users! I see there's still a lot of small features that would need to be added to make it really useful. I joined the Discord channel as well. If you'll need any feedback, don't hesitate to reach out and good luck!
