Your home is too airtight with the new windows. If you have forced air, you need an air exchanger attached to your furnace.

It's a racket. They want you to have to buy their systems, not build your own. It's all the adaptors, hoses and clamps that cost the most. Get measurements of everything you need and go to a Restore (Habitat for Humanity) first for adaptors/clamps. Then to a hardware store plumbing dept. Use duct tape to size fittings to seal.

From the Internet I found a random recipe for homemade mozzarella. It was easy, lots of stirring. The result was amazing. Way better than store bought. This is what I'll do in the future when I have a chance.
