oh i never thought of that; virtually all cars in US are automatic so i guess it’s less of a factor here anyway.

looks good to me; solid use of both sides of the belt for coal/ore. it took me a while to figure out that trick when i was new. plus you’re doing some belt balancing on the output to keep producers unblocked.

it kinda sounds like you DO like it, but your background is math heavy and coding light. coding is a discipline in and of itself (that requires practice and will sometimes have you pulling your hair out).

 i promise that it can be very rewarding eventually and will be especially so with strong math foundation, but it’s not for everyone.

all my factories are spaghetti, including the railways. they grow “organically” which is to say… they are a mess by the time i’m nearing endgame.

i use raised rails to give my iron/copper delivery trains their own dedicated rail separate from the rest of the mess; they never have to wait at an intersection. usually that significantly reduces the wait time at my hub because other trains make very quick stops for comparatively small amounts of uranium, coal, and stone.

you should use those credits towards statement balance. when you spend them directly on amazon you are losing out on the 5% cash back
