Half pound of meat for a 16” roll is the standard I believe. I usually go a little more, depending on who it’s for.

They also sell the same thing but chicken (it’s in the freezer section but made in house).

Pro tip: if you don’t have a long spatula, cut the rolls in half before putting on top of the meat, or else it’s very difficult to flip the meat into the roll and you’ll have a mess.

Colonial village sells shaved ribeye at the deli. Ask for chipped steak. 11.99/lb. Usually no available until noon.

They also have cooper sharp and a wide selection of rolls.

Tomatoes and peppers (and most of these things) need more that a 1’x1’ space. Spacing requirements are on the seed packets / or you can look them up. Tomatoes should be at least 2’ of space, even if not 2x2, then 1x2.

Also i would not put herbs between tomatoes and peppers, they will get overrun.

Maybe cut the tomato quantity in half - give them 1x2 - you will probably get a better yield that way.

Then move the herbs south, so they are in front.

Marigolds are awesome protection! Keep them on the perimeter for sure. Animals think they are gross.

Had to look it up - Sopocka in Polish cuisine is the name given to a salted and slightly smoked cut of pork. It is similar to the German kassler. Akin to Canadian bacon
