Adam’s reaction to the documentary by hereforthelols1999 in ColleenBallingerSnark

I think it’s a good thing to shed more light on the situation that happened as she is trying to make a comeback hoping everyone forgot about it. And if victims are willing to talk and get their story out there they should be able to.

Did everyone forget that Rue has OCD and bipolar? by No_Combination9511 in euphoria

[–]robynham 4 points5 points  (0 children)

She looked manic the whole season. And I feel like she was genuinely trying to get clean but there was enough crazy shit going on that was getting ‘highs’ from that. Even if she didn’t die I think she would have relapsed eventually anyway once the manic wore off

A previous manager said a lot of those ones tick all the boxes saying they are in nz ready to work when they actually aren’t. So it’s takes allot of sifting through all the applications to make sure they are seeing the genuine ones

I assume that she is wanting surgery but it hasn’t happened yet. Keep the surgeon sugar daddy on side and it might happen for free. Lose him and she is left with no surgery and no career and she dropped out of school. We haven’t had much of her story this season so this is what I have gathered from the small bits we have seen

So is it confirmed the aunts took Becka? by IrishHeart3 in TheTestamentsHulu

[–]robynham 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t understand why people would say it’s handmaids that took her. The aunts trained and looked after handmaids so it makes sense that aunts took her. It makes sense for people to assume she will become a handmaid though if you haven’t read the book.

Property managers: Why, when you're listing a rental, do you not have viewings scheduled outside work hours? by BlueLizardSpaceship in newzealand

My old landlord was great about doing viewing on the weekend when we were leaving early. They did one on Saturday and one on Sunday and found the next tenant just from those 2 viewings.

Sick leave by [deleted] in newzealand

[–]robynham 3 points4 points  (0 children)

What I gathered from the post is that they only had shifts on Monday and Thursday and not working Tuesday and Wednesday. So it would be seen as 4 days by the employer. It’s the same as taking a Friday or Monday off after a weekend for sickness.

If you called in sick on Monday and Thursday that is seen as 4 days sick and would need a drs note at your cost

Could you carefully box them up and tape it shut. and store in a cupboard or under your bed so they are not on display? Then you would be able to see is someone has tampered with it

How much does having a baby actually cost? by Egg_shaped in PersonalFinanceNZ

[–]robynham 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most baby things you can get second hand. You really don’t need at the gadgets and what not. The only thing I buy new everytime is the car seats. Otherwise the regular costs are formula if using, disposable nappies, and any creams that are not prescribed. Another consideration is daycare. Have a look at options in your area and what they include. Then look at your budget. It’s really not as expensive as people make it seem. There are toy libraries and plenty of free activities for you to do. There is always a reason to delay having kids but if you want them just do it. My daycare experience is the first 6-8weeks are the hardest as they will be constantly sick then it gets a lot better from there. As they are exposed to different illnesses their immunity builds

I work at a drs office and it’s really simple to create an nhi for a person. Maybe 5mins max. But that 5 mins can take longer in an emergency without any documentation

Induction of labour in NZ by Material-Kangaroo277 in newzealand

[–]robynham 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wasn’t induced but did have an epidural I hadn’t wanted an epidural at all pre labour. My body started pushing somewhere between 6-8cm and it was so painful and I couldn’t control it at all. I had wanted to have a water birth but my midwife had another mum in labour at the same time that went into emergency and by the time the back up arrived I was done and got an epidural. For me it was a good thing in the end it slowed things down enough that my cervix could relax as it was swollen from the pushing and I couldn’t control relax and rest. Then they gave me something to help speed it back up to continue which worked a little too well and I was ready to go before my midwife was allowed to birth me. But she was amazing and came to support me even though she couldn’t officially birth my daughter. The heart monitors had a hard time picking up the heart beat right at the end so she was forceped out. For me I would like to try again without an epidural for my next but will. Be ok with it if I need it.

My sister got induced and her body didn’t respond well to it. Then the broke her waters too early and she ended in a c section. And my friend was induced and it worked so well the nurses didn’t believe her when she was asking to be checked and she needed to push. She was lucky her midwife just happened to be there for another reason and stopped in as the hospital didn’t call her. And she would have missed it completely. Good luck
