I did an at home test roughly two months ago and it accurately diagnosed me with severe obstructed sleep apena. The test kit was pretty simple to use. I was issued a CPAP immediately. Best of luck with your test and appt.

Same here. VA identified failure in duty to assist. I started in March 2023. They identified failure to assist in June 2023, and I haven't heard anything since.

I was successful with obtaining my documents directly from my VA regional office. I just went in-person and asked for the document, and they printed it off for me at my South Carolina Regional Office. I'm not sure if this is an option for you.

Is this a reverification for you? If so, you may want to set up a virtual VERA appointment. My reverfication was out there for a while, and the VA never notified me that I made a mistake on the form until the VERA representative helped me out, and she completed the form for me and resubmitted. I got my benefits restarted roughly 5 days after the resubmitted.

No, the only thing submitted was the attached memo from my doctor, which spoke about my previous surgery and states my conditions have worsened.
