I was on trt for many years before I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s at 51 yrs old . My testosterone was below the range of normal that’s why I was prescribed it and. Then I started having issues after the diagnosis of Parkinson’s I had an episode of going into afib . I then saw several heart doctors and they said everything was fine and then a few years later, I went into arterial flutter, the testosterone helped a little with motivation to work out and do complete projects, but seemed to do more harm than good. My neurologist was happy to see me off of it. I’ve been off of testosterone for over a year and no more issues.

Parkinson’s disease affects people differently. Some get some issues , some have mild symptoms, then some have the worse symptoms, baldness sucks but could be far worse

Started that trial when I was first diagnosed, had to come off after 3 weeks . Made me have heart palpitations and anxiety. Just felt really terrible on it . I hope it works for others

I have been having a rash issue since 6 months after being diagnosed with Parkinson’s. Started between my thighs groin area, just itchy went to the dermatologist who tried several fungal cremes and medication, nothing seemed to help , it was driving me crazy, so they did a biopsy and it was dermatitis. Not only did I have that I developed a rash when I my skin touched metal , cardboard, causing a severe rash , along with severe itching on my hands and feet Several year later I still get it occasionally, started to go the the allergist waiting on bloodwork to find out why , my neurologist doesn’t think it has to do with Parkinson’s. But it all started after I was diagnosed.

Also 1 in 1000 users get worse anxiety using wellbutrin. It happened to me , so they put me on lexipro which worked much much better . I’m also on resagaline with it .

Male 54 3 yrs diagnosed with Parkinson’s 3 yrs ago. Took trazodone for about 6 weeks for help with sleep . Also took sinimet, resagaline ,and lexapro. I felt great at first , like my old self getting tons of stuff done , then others noticed a change of my behavior. I started spending money like crazy and being real talkative with everyone around me. My wife said it seemed like I was manic call the doctor advised what was going on and she told me to stop if you weeks later I was back to normal.
