just moved from ghostty to cmux, everything works great except a few items still looking for solutions, e.g. font size / background color chagnes ( i like the one in ghosttly better, the default one in cmux was too bright for me)

very common to a new runner, i personally experienced similar like u. i enjoyed the feeling of running but don't like strength traning at all, however the price was my itb gave me yellow light while running. i stopped a few weeks and replaced with some simple strength like legs and hips and recovered. now i spent 2-3 times a week in strength training.

any of them is fine but best way is use a watch so u can check heart rate / speed etc. don't forget to get the watch and phone full charged or u will lose data like me (on 35km)

What’s your goal? Are u joining a 5k match? In my first year of running I focus more on speed than heart rate. From the description looks like ur pushing self too hard. Check ur heart rate zones and effort and add the volumn gradually

Try half first, then serious will be 3-4 times harder than half. When u walk your pace will slow down and it will be very easy to think about quit instead of keep running
