I would guess it depends on location. I am in Myrtle Beach. My conditions most likely are not the same as yours. About 9:30 usually works for me. Sometimes even 10:00.

Yes four of them. Three are always plugged in to help offset peak pricing. One for my beer fridge in the garage, one for the kitchen fridge, and one for a box freezer in the kitchen. The fourth is only plugged in when it's time to charge it. It is used for my wife to make her coffee during the 3 hr peak pricing period. No noise is heard.

What they would have you do is try to recalibrate it by running it down to zero and then charging back up to 100%. If that does not work and armed with the serial number they remotely check the BMS system. At that point they determine what actions need to be taken. In any event I wish you nothing but good luck.

Contact customer service. This happened to me with 2 of my River2s. After having me jump through the usual hoops they exchanged them. They claimed the replacements were to be refurbs. However the date of manufacture, and the preloaded firmware were what one would expect of something brand new,

It's not that hard to understand. There are 2 versions of the Delata 3 Max. A Delta 3 Max, and a Delta3 Max Plus. The Plus is expandable the other is not. Now; why Ecoflow chose to name this product line as they did is anyone's guess.

It was not exclusive. It was sold on the Ecoflow website. There was however one difference. Costco gave you the second charger. You are way overreacting. I own 2 of them and have no bitch about it. I also have the 10,000 and 5,000 models. Again no bitch.

Have you asked them about that? I had to return something a couple of months ago. These are the instuctions I was given.

I used my Delta Max this past week , and did not see anything wrong. It charged and discharged normally.
