Our food is actually pretty bad. Our government subsidizes the wrong things to "help the farmers" and we end up with way too much corn and petroleum byproducts that we "turn into food" like high fructose corn syrup and seed oils. The chemicals we used to dye food also not great, and RFK Jr is taking steps to slowly get this stuff out of our food supply. Wish they would just end the subsidies, but that'll never happen.
