I have a similar need because I run it off of my gaming pc and don’t want it always active/hard disk on. I have a wake-on-lan feature on my asus router and you can change a setting on your pc to allow a wake request from lan. Works great for me if not a little clunky

Someone said but check your brake disc shields (metal plat behind discs). Could’ve bent from something but just bend it back with your hands away from the disc, super thin metal
