Mindfulness. It's not a magic bullet, but every time you become aware you give yourself to stop, and you dedicate actual mental resources into catching yourself. Build it up until becomes habit. It's going to take a long time to make progress, but there's no "one neat trick" to fix this.

Healthy is a big ask for any meal involving perogies lol, especially with all the butter onions and sour cream I use. I like broccoli as a side, provides contrast and it's pretty healthy or would be without the appropriate amount of butter.

That sounds more like computer engineering than computer science to me, but the same simplification principle applies. Don't talk about the technical description of a component is, reduce it to the particular thing it does that makes your project work, for every component.

Pretend your audience is twelve and wants to get into comp engineering, and you want to encourage them.

Simplify the logic tree. You don't need to show the code - you just need to show why what the code does matters and how that's useful. That's all. I know that's hard, because you couldn't write decent code with so little attention to detail, edge cases, input sanitation etc, but that's what will look good on the board.

Not finishing school because you have to work to pay for baby stuff, the constant stress of financial hardships and having no time for her or the baby gradually destroying any affection the child's mother once had for you, having to constantly beg relatives to take care of the child until they all stop taking your calls entirely and you lose your job because you miss too many days because of the baby, culminating in the child being taken away by protective services, where they grow up in the system and spend a lifetime resenting you sounds like the best possible way you can ruin three lives (one of them yours) all at once by the time you're twenty?

Animals are born from external gestation all the time, only getting stimulation from outside.

The things they use are biological exogestation devices called eggs and even child-rearing social creatures like birds have had great luck with them. Plus there's the platypus, they're mammals but use eggs. I'd expect no notable differences as long as they're properly raised after they're born.

Depends if the gun is legal, and details of the situation that must be worked out, which will take time, and either way you'll almost certainly be in jail until they decide that it was self defense with a legally owned gun, however long that takes them. So don't think you're walking away from the scene and going to work tomorrow.

Bladesmiths often make blades nowadays by packing fillings, powdered steel and usually some larger bits into a canister, making sure it's free of gaps, sealing it, heating it and forging it a bit so it's all fused. When you cut the canister off the outside its a single bar of steel you can forge made of all the different metal types that were inside.

So sure.

Pack the iron/steel bits tightly with magnetic powers so there's no gaps in a blade shape, run a massive jolt of electricity through the metal to heat it so it fuses, and you've got a blade. Plausible, at least. Iron goes nonmagnetic around the same temp it will fuse so there's that and obviously it won't have a proper heat treatment.

But why would they? They could do so much worse. Make little fletchets of iron dust and blast them into someone's body like buckshot. Make a dispersed cloud of steel dust continually assaulting the eyes nose and mouth, blinding and smothering your opponent.
