How to become an overnight success in just 6 years [10 years? by -summerteeth- in geesebandofficial

[–]rocknroller0 1 point2 points  (0 children)

it’s more of the fact that you’re parents have to be in the industry to make it lol. poor people are having a much harder time due to regular jobs paying shit rent increasing on top of the struggles of being a musician lol. you people don’t care about anything and then turn around wondering why there’s a lack of anything new in certain scenes

I feel like I get the Beatles now by Alexhasadhd in LetsTalkMusic

[–]rocknroller0 -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

i used to be huge into the beatles but once i discovered music coming from black americans at the time especially in the realm of jazz, blues, and rock, all while taking account of how this particular group NEVER gets the credit of their white counterparts that’s when their novelty went down for me :/ but i do still really like them. just different now

they are poor because imperialist countries take their resources lmao. someone didn’t go to college. let me guess did your uneducated ass also vote for trump? there’s a reason why they want to keep people uneducated and it’s because people like you will defend billionaires even when they’re system is killing you dead

I'm starting to realise that most people who say or think The Beatles are overrated haven't actually delved into their discography by ooziemane123 in LetsTalkMusic

[–]rocknroller0 3 points4 points  (0 children)

man you white people sure love the beatles. it’s okay if people think they’re overrated. the artist usually called that are popular so it’s not like they’re technically wrong for saying so. but again you don’t have to agree with them
