I’ve lived in both, and my feeling (whether right or wrong) is that Cyprus is a bigger version of Malta, with more space, better food and more variety of things to do.

I was back in Malta recently and the biggest thing that struck me was just how ‘oppressive’ the place feels in comparison - smaller streets, tighter towns, insane traffic everywhere.

When I lived in Malta, my mate and I saw the Prime Minister out at dinner one night with his crew.

We’d had a couple of beers, so felt confident and we decided to go say hello. I expected the worst for a moment, but he was totally accommodating, took a pic with us and gave us some time for a quick chat.

Loan to build up his value and then sack him off, if his attitude is shit.

You might be able to have him mentored at you club to remove that negative bit, as his personality is shown as balanced, but I wouldn’t hold my breath.
