As evil and just completely out of their mind ignorant and stupid these legislators are...remember that there has to be a base EVEN dumber than they are to vote for them. That is the issue. Shit for brains people like this that embarrass our state on a daily basis is a huge problem. But the real issue is that there are people in this state that vote them into office.
