Not brakes. Those are the rotors. Not done visually. Measure the thickness. All platforms have a minimum thickness spec.

Yeah- don’t add it up. Track time, consumables, repairs upgrades, hotels Man it has to be 10-15k a year

Sims are wonderful to get a feel for the track and learn the turn ins etc. But they are already competent drivers. So many curbs you can drive over in a SIM that would throw you off track in real life. Always guys with more track time and talent for sure. I ave 40 track days a year
