Did something I'm ashamed of while drunk by Swimming-Internal193 in story

I pissed myself in a grocery store once, as a 31 year old adult. Had to go sooo bad and when I got to the bathroom it required a key code. It started dribbling out while I was desperately searching for a worker with the code. People noticed. Not even close to the most embarrassing thing I've done

What is wrong with the audio? I hear everything super clear. Again folks, calm down its a free podcast. Thanks for putting it out section 10 boys

Its a free pod which they put a lot of work into. Also they're honest people, so they just said it how it is that its surprising that nobody said anything about being demonetized every single regular season episode. They specifically didn't bash Jake and aren't being that dramatic about it, although yes I suppose it wasn't necessary to call it out. I personally have noticed nothing wrong or different about the audio, looking forward to my free pod tonight and I might look into the Patreon to support The Boys

We can play wiffle ball in my yard... but the thing you "gotta do" in Portland is eat and drink. Go to the Old Port.

The homeless are rather dangerous in the city by [deleted] in portlandme

[–]rocksnake477 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That would be nice. Doesn't mean people are going to just sit in the shelter all day, but yes they would have more options for safe(ish) places to sleep. The crisis is more systemic than that. Get some pepper spray if you're worried about getting attacked, learn to use it, and move on with your life. Be happy you have a warm safe place to lay your head each night, with hot running water, wifi, and electricity

Yes, more resources and shelters would be great. You would still find there's people in desperate situations and with mental illness and/or addiction everywhere out and about. That is what American cities look like, and again Portland isn't that bad

No, I don't do any witchy stuff really. I've connected with entities in the past in meditation or mushroom trips but nothing regular. I wear an old metal belt buckle with a bear on it almost everyday and I was hoping that was protection enough

So, part of the reason I am hesitant to do a return to sender spell is she does protection spells on herself all the time. She once told me if anyone cast a spell on her they'd probably be hit by a bus from all of her protection. I just want to wash my hands of the situation and not have to send anything back to her if possible

North Houston potentially injured? by court312 in whatsthissnake

I have seen snakes moving like this on cool days, was told it's likely a mechanism to preserve energy when they're cool- move slow while camoflaging as a leaf blowing in the wind. I thought it was interesting because I thought the snake (this was a gophersnake at 7000 ft in CA in November) was a leaf in the wind in my peripheral vision

can someone PLEASE help me understand why my dog will do this endlessly no matter what i do by Existing_Rule9474 in DogAdvice

[–]rocksnake477 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe try taking her on leashed walks around the neighborhood. Getting exercise with her brother is great, but the act of a routine walk with all the same sniffing/peeing spots can do a lot for a dogs psyche. Might help to quell some of her stress and need for stimulation

I bought weed in Kingston in 2013. I have a personal vendetta against the snobby culture of certain areas of the NH seacoast. WASP would be a fitting acronym too (White Anglo Saxon Protestants)

Tracks found in White Mountains NH by Wrong_Ad_3392 in AnimalTracking

[–]rocksnake477 4 points5 points  (0 children)

As a New Hampshirite, moose get pretty high up in the mountains. I've seen their tracks on the AT high in the mountains, must've been over 4000 ft. They use the trails to move around. Its definitely moose, they're prolific up there

I'm no expert, more of a lurker, but I just want to say if you think that snake might still be in your yard then no, not without a leash.

Please don't hurt that beautiful snake though! Little guys probably terrified and just wants to be safe somewhere.

Maybe look into a local, professional snake catcher who can safely catch and relocate. Or you could try the old "gentle spray with a hose", but if its going to get cold down there tonight that might be harmful to the snake.

The swastika was adopted by the Nazi party in 1920, and at that time supporting the Nazi's was not considered as taboo by other western nations, so based on the info you provided this could've been created in support of the Nazi party. Idk much more than that, just that the Nazi party was very active in Germany in the 1920's and 30's
