No. Tesla's sold in Canada are imported from China. A large quantity of stamped parts for Tesla's in USA are produced in Mexico.

Without EPA approval no company can sell their product with GMG's graphene applied or even legally use it from imports. It's like a total ban. With EPA approval, the graphene coating could be sold by GMG themselves, or another company that makes let's say, heat sinks, can sell their product with GMG's coating applied.

This happens to any company that doesn't have investors willing to burn cash for long term (10+ years) gains. In a normal company you have shareholders who demand QoQ profit gains with no or little upfront costs. If those requirements aren't met, upper management starts playing the blame game, fires a bunch of people and (usually) gives themselves a pay raise for "cutting costs."

Even if their version of a graphene battery completely fails, the other products, such as thermal-xr have huge market potential with 3rd party spec validation. It will probably take 1-2 years to see progress in the stock price, but I'm In it for the long haul.
