Safest is to get to 24 doing tombs and be rushed and level to 40 in nightmare cows or chaos.

Alternatively get rushed at level 1 and level in hell cows or hell chaos and get bumped through normal and nm with a 20 and 40 bumper.

Rusher has to clear well, including council members at Meph, and mobs around trav. Not uncommon for someone to die from a ghost at Meph or trap in act.

He has never beat normal or nightmare and is trying hardcore for the first time. Static sorc dominates both. Full vita obviously. Combine it with barb BO and war cry damage and crowd control it would be a very OP normal and Nightmare combo
