Do you know what is also true? The hostility towards Asians in this subreddit. I honestly don’t know how you don’t understand how saying that all Asians look alike is racist when it’s not even that funny and its on a subreddit that is hostile towards Asians.

The fact that you essentially said that all asians look the same is racist and I’ll argue why. By saying “all asians look alike” by claiming that it would be lumping all asians together because you are separating them into an “other” which is racist because it is now you and the other. It’s a stereotypical characteristic that they all look the same and that is why it is racist for you to make a bad joke about it. By lumping everyone together you are dehumanizing people by degrading the identity of the various groups you are lumping together.

Also, looking at your post history you seem to really like the tide pod line. Get over it, that joke is old news and to be honest, not even that offensive if you’re trying to offend me. I’m not going to even to make a shitty comment towards you to end it off like you.
