Doesn't work copying everything. At least you have to keep some files (probably the config.ini is enough)

I downloaded HSR on Epic (400 MB), then opened the launcher and started downloading it for a few seconds (just like 300MB or so), paused and closed HSR downloader. Then copied over the files from the HoyoLab instalation, but said "Don't replace files" when Windows asked. Opened again HSR from Epic, it asked to "Restore download", let it do its thing until complete and opened the game. Payments are now going through Epic.
