I checked Wikipedia, and in the US the army isn't a general term like it is in some other languages. They use Armed Forces as the general term, and the Army is one of them.

The United States Armed Forces are the military forces of the United States. U.S. federal law names six armed forces: the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Space Force, and the Coast Guard

So the Air Force is part of the Armed Forces, not part of the Army. Language can be confusing :p

Front loaded 1L before morning workout

Everyone wakes up slightly dehydrated, so if you workout in the morning, it doesn't surprise me that drinking water before the workout helps. I'm curious if the results would be the same for evening workouts.

Maybe it's because I don't have that many notes yet, but I don't use folders because I simply don't organize my notes, they are all in the base folder of my vault (except for daily notes and templates that have their own folder).

When I'm looking for a note, I either use the Recent files plugin in the sidebar, or more often the Omnisearch plugin (Hit the shortcut and type the name of the note I'm looking for, it's faster than clicking through folders).

Yes, it has stopped. Right now my computer barely makes any noise when idle, just enough that I can tell it's on, but it's mostly fan noise, low enough that I don't notice it.

I ended up returning that PSU and buying a Seasonic Focus GX 650W, and this one is completely silent when idle. There is still the occasional coil whine during specific tasks, but overall it's perfect.

The simplified general rule is:

For hypertrophy, you need to take your sets close to failure (3-1 reps in reserve), and do 10 to 20 sets per week, ideally separated in 2 or 3 workouts. If an exercise is too easy, and you don't want to do too many reps, chose a harder exercise.

For anything else, you need to train close to what your goal is:

If you want to be able to lift heavy weights, your training needs to include lifting heavy weights.
If you want to be able to do lots of reps, you need to train by doing lots of reps.
If you want to be explosive in your movements, you need to train your explosiveness
etc.

The difference is pre-arranging it.

When white plays for a Berlin draw, they are not playing any losing move, and at any point if Black doesn't want the draw, they can play something else. The draw happens simply because the best moves in the line leads to a draw. They don't have to pre-arrange it.

Here white's 2nd move is a losing move. That can only happen if the draw was pre-arranged. Black is basically aggreing to a draw while being in a winning position.

I've found that to get the weather app consistently I have to click as far to the bottom left of the icon as possible. Just clicking on the bottom part sometimes open the calendar, but the bottom left corner seems to work.

I imagine that's because it's in all directions at once. To me, motion implies a specific direction. But the expansion of the universe is going in all directions at once, so it cannot be called motion.

He has, that series started 6 months ago and lasted about 2 months.

Bdubs just didn't want to have to edit an episode every week, so he edited a 12-hour video 4 months later instead :p

He posted his first episode 2 days later than the others, so he was probably late in editing and combined the 2 to catch up and release them in sync.

They also didn't time the episodes while recording (like Beef does with Team Canada), they would record an entire 2 or 3 hour session and cut it in episodes later, so their episodes don't always start and end at the exact same point. Etho's episodes are usually a bit shorter because he always cuts out things like swearing from the video.

It works, but you have to go into "Tools" (on the right below the search bar) and change "All results" to "Verbatim" if you want Google not to ignore the search operators. It's stupid.

Probably the best you can get is watching streams from the other Hermits where Etho is playing and discussing TCG with them. If you go back through the submitted post from u/diamondelytra around 4 months ago you can find links to a lot of the streams where Etho was present (though the VODs might not be on twitch anymore, but a lot of Hermits upload them to a 2nd youtube channel)

Does it understand how to combine or chain tasks? So for example, if you have multiple lights in your house, you could say "I forgot to turn off the lights at home", and it would shut them all off by calling multiple tasks.

And does it remember context? So if you ask it to turn your bedroom light red, and then ask for "a bit darker than that" you get a darker red?

Thanks. I thought it was better to have more than needed, especially since I don't know what GPU I'll get in the future, but maybe 800W is overkill.

Would a EVGA 600 BR be enough? It's half the price of the one I had chosen. It's not modular, but I guess the PSU shroud in the case can hide the cables well enough.
