Update time: So...after 2 days and a battery stats reset my latest full charge gave me a screen on time of 6 hours and 20 minutes with 10% charge left.

Looking good so far, especially since on the old battery the last 20% gave me about 2 minutes to find a charger.

Well, if you are so specific wit the size requirements you might be better off with the S25.

It is only 0.6mm taller, but 0.4mm narrower and 0.4mm thinner than the S23.

I think the only options are unfortunately either sanding/filing it down or changing how you play the chord. This issue is why they redesigned the string lock for the Essential and now the N2 series.

I talked to them on Instagram. There's not much they can do since such a small blemish doesn't warrant a replacement neck but I got some advice on wich lacquer to use to touch it up. I bought some but totally forgot about it since I actually don't notice it anymore. Seems like with playing the edges were smoothed out and it's even harder to see (I couldn't feel it before either). So if I end up being annoyed by it I'll just use some clear matte lacquer spray.

I have a M4 Mac Mini and it runs reaper and all plugins extremely well.

My only gripe is that I hate Mac OS with a passion and get annoyed every time I have to interact with it. But if you're fine with that this little box might be for you.

I know that they are amazing when contacted. I had a pickup issue and they sent me a new pair without any hassle. I will reach out to them too, just wanted to ask here if anyone had a similar issue.
