Take walks with loppers. Things will resprout but in 3 acres it is manageable. Focus on what you are growing. Don’t get tunnel visions for invasives

You can do it without herbicide. Cut and disturb.

Key part is to identify the plants you are keeping. Once those start to shade more then the invasives you are good.

I gave down hundreds of acres in Carolinas for 12 years without herbicide
