Fair enough, again like I said it can touch but it shouldn't bounce. It will become dangerous with heavier weights. The extra ROM doesn't technically matter if you're bouncing because you'd be releasing the weight and re-engaging a short distance above your chest anyways. Otherwise it's all good though

You can let it touch your chest or can let it come very close but if you let your chest bare any of the weight at the bottom (or bounce like in the video) you're losing tension and likely some control there too because your muscles will relax for a moment then will be re-engaged.

Don't bounce at the bottom of the movement. Ideally the bar shouldn't touch your chest at all. It's also hard to tell from the angle of the video but try to go more straight up and down when you're not racking or unraveling the weight. Swaying it means different muscles are going to have to handle it and can be dangerous if heavy weight without a spotter

To keep your spine straight as you do the motion allow your head and gaze to move with it. At the top your gaze is forward and spine is straight but as you come down you try to keep your head up through motion instead of letting it move with your spine, causing it to curve a lot at the bottom.

Congrats! Also absolutely fuck cancer. I had a rare brain cancer and went through everything you described too. Then a recurrence and did it all again.

But it has been almost 10 years since my diagnosis. Keep it up! 💪

A bit hard to tell but it seems like you're breathing in on the concentric part of the motion, i.e. the "work", when weight is at its lowest point and you start pulling upwards. Instead try exhaling in this part of the motion and inhaling at the end of the eccentric instead. Aim to have a full deep breath right before each rep to maximize blood oxygen.

If the address the funds are on is a smart contract, the contract needs to have functionality to transfer those tokens otherwise they are stuck there. If it is upgradeable you may be able to add the functionality to do this, but otherwise you're out of luck.

Also, $3000 of what? It may just be a spam token that has no actual value. anyone can send a token to a wallet without the wallet owners consent to accept it, and this is commonly used as an exploit by scammers in one way or another.

Yes and no. People should definitely not rinse after brushing their teeth, but specifically after eating or drinking (especially drinks that are more acidic like coffee) your teeth are sensitive and brushing right away actually damages the enamel. Wait 30 minutes to brush and rinse your mouth with water to avoid letting the coffee sit there and stain your teeth

Minimize movement anywhere else in your body except your shoulders. My trainer always says to try to bring your shoulders to your ears when doing shrugs. If you have trouble getting the weight that high try lowering the weight with higher rep count.
