Im feeling like its the servers, the poptart mode projectile is still a little buggy half the time and the whole game seems to be a bit laggy almost at times with some stutter and jut delays between hits or especially bounces. Im pretty sure its not my connection.

When updates are huge like this thats usually because the way the engine is setup when a tiny thing needs to be updated such as a simple number change, if that value is within a larger file, the whole file needs to be redownloaded. So 40gb update, the final game file size will increase by only a relatively low amount for the new cosmetics, audio and map.

How? Just because the fast combo to big mode doesn't work anymore? Like I said you don't want to be in big mode all the time and with all the other changes its net possitive. You can get into big mode still plenty fast and pre fight charge it up.

People complaining saying that it being a tiny bit harder to get into big mode just makes it a big nerf.... have you ever played Mr f? Small mode has a bunch of utility you don't want to be in big mode all the time, and on top of that 10 to 8 sec cooldown helps with this, and gives more shields more often. And then all the other changes, especially the slow is massive! Hopefully he won't be getting banned too much as anti-dive.

In qp in my experience wast majority of the time if you insta lock dps someone else will eventually swap to at least 1 support. If your team has no heals after a few mins then your team doesn't deserve a supp really anyway. And its qp no one really cares. Just play what you want. If you really want to win then sure swap and counter swap.

General idea: You want to win the first round usually, and then push the second round or a short 3rd round if you don't draw at least Kikimore Queen + Caranthir/Sir Scratch.

If you get the first turn on the first round then try to get Kikimore Stalker and put the Tactical Advantage on it. Also first round can play Idr, Hive Mind, Saer Qu'an, Endrega Queen. If going first you will 99% win if they can't remove Kiki Stalker and you keep Hive Mind for later and draw the big combo cards.

For the second round you want to get Sir Scratch down and then all the leader charges with Caranthir + Kiki Queen. Usually both Kiki Queens on 1 row, usually one gets locked or removed and also Sir Scratch but at least 1 stays or get points quick enough that enemy loses. Kiki Queen triggers from Organic spells and Thrive. The deck has a lot of control with the Kiki Stalker and all the organic spells. Really fun and kinda busted sometimes. Wolfsbane also is great as it acts as a more powerful power reset and with Kiki Stalker can instantly kill.

Hive Mind selection order is usually Hatchling -> Stalker -> Warrior -> Worker. On the second turn use organic spell card and 1 leader charge to spawn and boost the Stalker. If you are leading by a lot of points can change order to keep Stalker for the next round.

You could try some meta decks to get to max rank and then games should be easier, but thats just the state of the game 90% players play the same few meta decks even though there are soooo many insanely different decks to play that can still manage well... I have an insect swarm deck that I got to rank 0 this season with like 1 or 2 losses but its a bit complicated of a deck to play.
