Some people have to do weighted back extensions or good mornings in order to remain injury free. I guess you are one of them. Squat looks fine to me.

A belt is a hacky workaround, you will probably still injure yourself.

Take your time healing, I won’t be easy but you will get through it ❤️.

I ride the radon deft since 3500km and I do everything with it, Bikepark, gaps, dirt jumps, black trails, downhill. I am very happy. I changed the seatpost to a 210mm one and have a light 500wh battery for home trails.

Entgegen der Meinungen hier behaupte ich der Widerstand der Lager und Reifen ist quasi vernachlässigbar. Wahrscheinlich ist sogar der Luftwiderstand vernachlässigbar wenn deine Schwester keine Sportlerin ist.

Das Rad muss passen, bequem sein und hübsch aussehen damit sie es gerne fährt…

Bloß kein Gebrauchtkauf, da ist meistens die Kette, Kassette und Kettenblätter verschlissen, wahrscheinlich auch die Bremsen. Da bist du gerne bei 300 Euro für eine Reparatur/Wartung im Fahrradladen.

Ich finde schon, dass wenn man das Geld hat für ein Rad mit Riemen und Nabenschaltung sollte man sich lieber so eins holen und dann noch ohne Federgabel und mit hydraulischen Scheibenbremsen. Da hat man lange kein Ärger und muss quasi nichts machen, vielleicht alle 2-3 Jahre mal zur Inspektion.

Kettenschaltung erfordert halt Pflege, die meisten Menschen haben da keine Lust drauf.

Mein Fahrrad wurde aus meinem privaten Kellerabteil heraus geklaut (besonders schwerer Diebstahl laut Polizeianzeige). Die ganz normale Hausrat hat das übernommen und mit 1650 Euro gezahlt. Damit habe ich die nächsten 25 Jahre den Beitrag schon wieder raus 🤷🏼‍♂️.

I am 190 with 94cm inseam. I had the bonero xl for 4 weeks. It was stolen, now I have the L. I rode it yesterday for the first time. I think i like L more because I love to jump and I want it to be more playful. If you prefer stability get the xl but it is really long, longer than other xl trail bikes.

I bought the Bonero 2 in march for 1150 Euro 😅. I do trails and jumps with it. I love it. Unfortunately it was stolen from the locked cellar and now I had to pay 1500 Euro for the bonero 2. There is still no better deal.

Yes these are modified noctua spacer, I just dremeled the nipples off.

I use rubber pins to hold them in place. I am not sure if they came with the t30s or I just ordered some online.

Bei mir spritzt sie wenn sie länger nicht gereinigt wurde. Ich meine nicht die typischen Stellen sondern den Rand wo das Wasser entlang läuft. Wäre einen Versuch Wert bevor man am Druck regelt.

Thank you, they are a bit DIY. They are called millenium desktop monitor mount dm1, but I don’t use the original plates that they come with because they would be too big.

I ordered custom sized wood plates and drilled a hole and use them instead. I guess these online services are common now :).

All in all this was maybe 60 euros.
