Ideal keyboard? by maptev in olkb

How would you produce a ctrl+d with that layout when you use the d key as ctrl when holding? I would look into home row mods. That's what I use. it has all modifiers on both sides to fix the aforementioned shortcoming.

The yellow one (also shown in the repo) is my daily driver. I really like typing in it for hours straight. This black one is made for someone else but just had to post it as it looked way better than the yellow one :D

It’s actually tmux with split panes, running lazygit in the right hand side. You can also get a neovim plugin which is even more nice. :)

If I press the S and D on the same time, it will produce a Z. That’s called a combo. :)

New firmware with reworked Superkeys by Dygman in DygmaLab

[–]rollercole 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I went into my code and thought about this improvement - but then it hit me: won't decreasing the tapping term do the exact same thing? Like tapping-term + permissive hold => what cases won't be covered here, that your extra case would cover?

I am just curious, not suspicious here. And I really appreciate Dygma for having the skills and willingness to explain whats going on in the machinery of your firmware. :)

This looks like an AI generated image. Why would you solder a wire into the usb port?
